I think that my favorite Greek dish is spanikopita (although it is difficult to choose only one!)
I particularly enjoy the richness of flavours of Greek food, and they are generally simple to prepare

For me Greek food = warm memories! The aromas, the flavours, the herbs and all things greek conjure memories of dear friends. Narrowing it down to a favourite Greek dish is near impossible, but what I love about Greek food is the fond memories and the company of my dear Greek friends. After all, food is for sharing with friends.

Hi Litsa! I hope everthing is well with u, down here everthing is great. I just wanted to say, yestirday I made stuffed calamari from ur recipe book and it was greattttt, we love it so much that my husband said I out did my self!!! I told him where I got it from ( he said wow) good job Litsa.
