"Take the taste of Greece with you"
I just have to write to tell you how amazing your recipes are. This week I made the lentil soup recipe from your “Take the taste of Greece” book. I followed it to the tee. It was AMAZING!!! My husband who doesn’t normally like soup said it was the best. I also tried the biscotti from the other book. (I had a friend translate it). Normally I avoid biscotti in restaurants because it is awful. Your recipe was so easy and it was perfect and not dry. I will be making several batches for my husband to take to work, since they all loved it. Please translate the second book for all of us “non Greeks” so we can enjoy many of your other amazing recipes. You really should open a restaurant ( I would be the first in line). Your recipes make cooking a joy and I am not worried to try different things because I know it will always turn out perfect.
